Yes, we strongly encourage pet owners to leave a review after a booking has been completed. This is very important for the trust & safety of our platform.
You can leave a review for a sitter by going to the message thread of the booking request and clicking on the "Leave a review" button.
Pet owners also receive an email from us 72 hours after the end of the booking period inviting them to write a review.
Also, it is possible to click on the notification in the upper right corner of the screen to leave a review.
