If your number is not at first accepted, please try dropping the initial zero, or adding it if it didn't work without one. Make sure to enter it without any spaces or special characters in between. Also, please check if you selected the correct country code from the drop-down section - if you can't see your country code, it means Pawshake is not active there, and you won't be able to verify the number in that case.
When you enter your number, a four-digit code is sent to your mobile, which you are then prompted to enter into your profile. If you didn't receive the code, check whether your phone has a spam filter for SMS. If it doesn't, please contact us and we will help you out. Don't forget to include the phone number you are trying to verify.
Please note that only one account on Pawshake per user is allowed, so if your number is verified in one account, you can't verify it in another.
