This means that you need to respond to this thread as soon as possible. You need to accept or decline a booking request rather than only responding in writing - you have 72 hours to do so. If you don't accept or decline within 72 hours, the booking is automatically declined and the amount paid by the owner is refunded.
Contact
This is an enquiry (not paid by the owner yet), a simple conversation started by the owner, for which you indicated your availability. The pet owner can book you through this thread once you have had a Meet & Greet. At this stage, you can also offer the owner a discount.
Both parties have no obligation at this stage. It's also not possible/needed to delete the conversation thread if you end up not confirming the booking, you can just "archive" it, if you wish.
Awaiting confirmation
The pet owner has made a booking and paid for it online. They are waiting for you to confirm.
Declined
You have declined this booking or enquiry. The thread is now closed.
Confirmed
This is a booking that the pet owner has booked and paid for. They are counting on you!
Booking in progress
This is the status you will see from the start date until the end date of the booking.
Booking ended
This status means that the booking has ended, but the payment has not yet been processed. It will be processed within 7 days after the end of the booking.
Payout in transit
The payment has been processed and sent to your bank account.
Paid out to sitter
Once we have received confirmation from Stripe that you have received the amount, the booking will be marked as paid.
