There are a number of reasons why your ID cannot be verified by Stripe.
If you are having trouble verifying, please review the following list and re-submit your verification request based on correcting any of these points.
Requirements:
- Do you have the right documents? Supported document types: https://stripe.com/docs/acceptable-verification-documents
- Your name and address on the bank account should be exactly the same as that on the verification document
- The quality of the document should be high as most validation is done automatically (PDF format preferred)
- The document should be fully visible (all edges of the document should be visible)
- The document should not be older than 6 months
