At Pawshake, safety is our number one priority. In order to maintain a safe marketplace, we may block your account if we find that you’re engaging in unsafe, fraudulent, or other inappropriate practices violating Pawshake’s Terms and Conditions.
Your account may be blocked for some of the following reasons:
- Safety-related concerns. Any behaviour that puts a pet, an owner, a sitter, or the public at risk may result in account review or deactivation.
- Account misuse. Examples include (but aren’t limited to) posting unlawful content, sending spam, or maintaining multiple accounts.
- Harassment or other inappropriate conduct. Don’t use Pawshake messages or other forms of communication to harass, belittle, or abuse people you meet on the platform.
- Offline payments. All payments for pet sitting services arranged through Pawshake must be made on the platform, website, or app. Inviting others to pay (or offering to pay) outside of Pawshake may result in account deactivation.
