In a nutshell: when a pet owner makes a reservation, the money goes to Pawshake. Within 7 business days after the end of the reservation period, we pay you to your bank account and withhold the Pawshake contribution of 19%.
Here is a little more information on the payment process:
- As soon as a pet owner books your services, they authorise Pawshake to withdraw the amount you charge from their payment card.
- The authorisation becomes a payment when you accept the booking request. If you decline the booking request, the authorisation is voided and Pawshake can no longer withdraw money from the pet owner.
- Once the booking is complete, you receive that amount minus 19% Pawshake contribution to your bank account, usually within 7 days. Please make sure you have entered your bank details correctly in your profile following this article.
