If a pet sitter sends you a booking request, follow these steps:
- A booking request from the pet sitter will appear as a notification and message on your profile.
- Select ‘respond now’ - you will see a message from the pet sitter, as well as services, dates and your pets.
- You have the choice of paying for the booking, or declining the booking if there has been a mistake.
- If you continue on to pay for the booking, you will see the price breakdown and total amount. Use your usual payment method to make a secure payment via the platform.
