If you are boarding your pet at the pet sitter’s home
Our sitters want to give your pet a “home away from home” experience, so we suggest that you provide them with everything to make them feel as much at home and as comfortable as possible. Please bring your pet’s favourite things and anything they or the pet sitter might need, such as:
- Food and treats
- Harness/collar and leash
- Toys
- Food and water bowls
- Basket and blankets
- If needed, unwashed clothes with the your smell on them for reassurance.
If your pet sitter is visiting your pet at your home
Make sure they know where to find everything they need in order to care for your pet, e.g. food, cat litter or bedding, cleaning supplies, a brush, toys, etc.
In any case
Please leave an emergency contact in case you yourself can’t be reached, as well as the contact details of your preferred vet. It’s also best to hand over your pet's passport (vaccination certificate) to the pet sitter for the duration of the booking.
