Sitters are welcome to set Seasonal pricing for public holidays or periods of increased demand.
To activate Season Pricing, please access the desktop version of the site and head to the ‘Services’ section of your Dashboard.
Once you have activated the relevant service, you are free to set your Base Pricing and Seasonal Pricing.
Once you have set your prices, please select the dates you wish to apply your Seasonal Prices to and click ‘Save changes’ when complete.
Your Seasonal Pricing will be displayed on your profile for Owners to see. You can also see the breakdown of the charges in the message thread between you and the owner.
If you have an open enquiry but have since negotiated a new rate with your client, your client will need to send a new enquiry to access the negotiated rate.
Refunds can be self-managed by your client up until the commencement of your cancellation policy.
