If you are receiving an error message when attempting to accept a booking, please ensure that your calendar has enough available Pet Spaces for the selected service.
What are Pet Spaces? They are the booking spaces available for each service on your calendar.
You can find & adjust them via your Dashboard. Just head to Sitter > Info > Calendar
We understand that not every enquiry results in a booking, so service dates in your calendar are only taken off the search results and made unavailable once a booking has been confirmed & paid for.
This means that you may have multiple enquiries with pet owners open at the same time, for the same dates - but not enough pet spaces available to accept all bookings.
In those rare cases, you can either adjust your calendar to make more spaces available and accept the booking or alternatively, decline the booking.
