How to edit/remove an add-on service

Add-On Services are extra duties you can offer on top of your regular services to make your clients life easier and help your service stand out from the rest.
There are three Add-On Services you can activate for an additional charge.
Activating Add-on Services

● Pick-Up / Drop-Off available to be added on Doggy Daycare & Home Dog Boarding services

In addition to the booked service, you pick up the pet from the owner's place and bring it back safely after the service. The price is set by you, the sitter, and can be added into the booking by the owner at any stage during the enquiry.

To activate & set your price for Pick-Up / Drop-Off, head to Dashboard > Services then click Save when you are done. You will need to ensure that you are offering Doggy Daycare or Home Dog Boarding in order to complete this step.

● Travel Expenses available to be added on Home Visits, Dog Walks & House Sitting services

Have you got an enquiry from an owner who lives outside of your primary service area? Now it’s easy to add your travel expenses into the service.The price is set by you, the sitter, and you can add the charge into the booking at any stage before payment.

To activate & set your Travel Expense price, head to Dashboard > Service and click Save when you are done. You will need to ensure that you are offering Home Visits, Dog Walks or House Sitting services in order to complete this step.

- Overview of added services
- All add-on services will be displayed in the conversation view for both parties
- Other available to be added on all services, from within the conversation thread
You can use the other field to describe any other service/charge that your client might need as an add-on service. For example if you agree between the parties that you want to do an extra long dog walking session you can add this in the thread under 'Other'.
Edit / Remove an Add on service in a booking request
You are able to change/remove any Add-on service directly from the conversation view by pressing change - once adjusted this will be displayed in the message tread

Please note that the 19% Pawshake Contribution applies to all Add-On Services, so please make sure to take that into account when setting your prices. For instance, if you want to receive $10 for Pick-Up/Drop-Off, you will need to charge $12 in your listing. You receive 81% of your advertised price.
