Contact
This is a booking request (no strings attached) to which the sitter has either indicated their availability or has not responded yet. You can book through this thread once you have had a meet & greet.
Awaiting confirmation
You have booked and paid for the booking, but the sitter still needs to confirm.
Declined
The sitter has declined this booking.
Cancelled
The sitter has not responded to the booking request within 72 hours, or for any reason, either of you has cancelled a confirmed booking.
Confirmed
This is a booking that the pet sitter has confirmed and that you have already paid for. The sitter knows that you are counting on them.
Booking in progress
This is the status you will see from the start date until the end date of the booking.
Booking ended
This status means that the booking has ended, but the payment to the sitter has not yet been processed. It will be processed within 7 days after the end of the booking.
Payment in progress
The payment to the sitter has been processed and will be in their account shortly thereafter.
Payment failed
There was a problem processing the payment to the sitter. You must contact Support.
Host paid
Once we have received confirmation from the payment platform that the sitter has received the amount, the booking will be marked as paid.
