Here's what you need to do in order to make unavailable days available on your calendar. If you're unsure which days are unavailable for which service, please select the service in question from the drop-down menu at the top.
If you have previously set day(s) to unavailable manually
- Click on the first day you want to change.
- On the pop-up, click on the date range at the top. Select the first and last day you want to change and click on Apply. If you want to change only the one day, you can skip this step.
- Scroll down to the services. You will see that all or some spots are set to zero. Select how many spots you want to make available for each service by clicking on the plus icon, reset all spots to your default for that day by clicking on "Reset to default settings".
- Click on "Save"
You will see the day in question turning green after a few seconds. Your clients will then be able to book you on those days.
If the day(s) became unavailable because all of your slots are booked for that service
The same procedure applies as above. Click on the day you want to change, select the date range (if you want to change more than one day), and then add a spot (or several) for the service in question by clicking on the plus icon. If you have reached the limit, you will unfortunately not be able to add any more spots.
If you have indeed reached the limit, but are confident that you can take on more bookings, please contact us. Our Trust and Safety team may decide to extend the limit in special cases.
If ALL days are unavailable
Please check whether you have Away Mode activated. When this is the case, all days on your calendar are marked unavailable. If you deactivate Away Mode, you will be able to once again set the availability for individual days.
