Seasonal Pricing are dates that sitters have set at a higher rate. The sitter may choose to set these days in relation to public holidays or other seasonal demands.
It is a surcharge on top of the sitters base price and is displayed on the sitters profile along with their standard rates. Sitters with seasonal pricing will have their rates displayed as from $x/ per night.
You will find the breakdown of the charges for your booking in the message thread between you and the sitter.
If you have an open enquiry but have since negotiated a new rate with your sitter, you will need to send a new enquiry to access the negotiated rate.
Refunds can be self-managed up until the commencement of the sitters cancellation policy. Just click on the cancel button in the message thread between you and the sitter.
