If you are using our web browser, you can use this link to get to your pet profile.
1. Click on the three dots to the right of your pet's profile.
2. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on 'Edit'.
3. Then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Delete'.
If you are using the iOS app, you can delete your pets via 'My Profile'.
1. Scroll down to 'Pets' and click on the pet
2. Select 'Edit' on the top right-hand corner
3. Scroll down to the bottom and select 'Delete Pet'
If you are using the Android app, you can delete your pets via 'My Profile'.
1. Scroll down to 'Pets' and click on the pet
2. Select the pencil icon on the top right-hand corner to edit the profile
3. Then click on the three dots on the top right-hand corner to delete the profile
