If you haven't been paid out for a booking yet, there may be a few reasons, so please check the list below and ensure that all points have been considered before contacting us.
1) You haven't given us your bank details or entered the wrong ones
Check whether you have entered your bank account details correctly on your dashboard. If you've mistakenly given us incorrect bank details, please contact us.
2) Your payout may already be in transit.
Each booking has a "Booking Details" tab which shows the status of the payout along with the estimated date of arrival. This will show you when you can expect your payout.
3) Your booking may have been made at short notice.
If the pet owner made the booking at very late notice, please be aware that the sitter payout cannot be scheduled less than 8 days before the date on which payment was made. On bookings lasting less than a week, this may result in a longer delay in paying you out.
