This figure consists of the number of pet owners who have successfully made a booking with you over the past 12 months.
Successful means that the status of the booking is either ‘Completed’, ‘Pending payment’, or ‘Paid to sitter’.
Please note that bookings at the ‘Confirmed’ stage are not included in this figure and will only be automatically included once the booking has been successfully completed. If you have received repeat bookings or enquiries from the same pet owner, this will be counted as 1 client.
