If you haven't yet received your payout for a booking, please check the estimated date of arrival of the payment from the "Booking details" tab of the message thread attached to the booking
If the estimated date of arrival has passed and you still have not received your payment, please check with your bank.
Please also check that you have verified the correct bank account details on your Pawshake profile settings.
If you have checked the above and still don't have your payout, please contact us specifying the booking reference number so that we can investigate the delay.
