As of 1st October 2023, Pawshake will be discontinuing support of all iOS versions prior to iOS 15. This is a necessary step to ensure you have a safe, secure and smooth experience when using the Pawshake app.

That's why, as technology continues to advance, we need to focus on supporting newer operating systems. This allows us to bring you exciting new features, as well as important security updates.

Q. What does this mean for me if I have an older device running iOS 12, iOS 13 or iOS 14?
A. If you are using an iPhone or iPad that is not running iOS 15 or higher, you will not be able to use the Pawshake iOS after 1st October 2023. Going forward if you are using a device running iOS 12, iOS 13 or iOS 14, you must first update your iOS device to iOS 15 or above.
If this is not possible, you will need to use Pawshake’s great mobile website. Just go to https://www.pawshake.co.nz/ - login, and use Pawshake exactly as you would on our iOS app.
