Pawshake is all about trust and transparency - that is why our review system is paramount to keeping the platform safe. Pet owners are always able to leave a review based on their own experience after a booking has been completed.
Generally, reviews cannot be removed or changed. But if a pet sitter finds a good enough and suitable reason to dispute a review, Pawshake reserves the right to remove or edit the review that was left by the pet owner, or give the sitter the right to write a brief reply that will be published underneath the review.

Reviews containing the following may initiate an investigation by our skilled support team:
- Feedback that does not represent users’ personal experiences.
- Content that violates another person's or entity’s rights, including privacy rights and intellectual property rights. (Example: publishing another person’s full name, address, or other identifying information without permission.)
- Threats, especially of any illegal action.
- Content unrelated to the actual reservation. (Example: political, religious, discriminatory, or social commentary.)
- Content that is proven to be used as extortion.
- Content containing obscenities.
